The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II Drop Head Coupé (DHC) is one of the most beautiful Rolls-Royces ever built. This original left hand drive example was built in 1961 on commission for Sammy Davies Jr., the famous singer, dancer and actor. It is an E-chassis that was send to Mulliner who was commissioned to provide the car with a body according to design number 7504, which was the most attractive option according to experts. Sammy Davies Jr. added some personal items such as the steering horn and gear shift special made in Sterling Silver by the world famous jeweller Tiffany’s. The car was mechanically completely restored . The original exterior colour was grey, now repainted in dark blue. The woodwork was restored but the interior is still the original light blue hide and in perfect condition. This Silver Cloud II is beautifully documented with old black & white photographs with Sammy Davies Jr. and the factory documents. This car has chassis number LSYD218 and the more desirable V8 engine number 109DS. This is a matching numbers car and only 84 were built in this design. The car has Belgian registration paperwork and is ready to be driven and enjoyed by his new owner. Can be viewed and test driven by appointment any time you like. This is the opportunity to own a very beautiful Rolls-Royce Silver cloud II DHC with an amazing history.
