Also this year we organize the Antitank route for old bicycles; the 6th edition already! 

A visit to the city had been on our wish list for some time, but we had not yet dared to do so. This year it will happen because we go to the 'gate of the Kempen', a place with a rich past, the worth seeing city of Lier. 

On the way back and forth, we traditionally stop at artisanal or historically interesting locations. We meet a farrier, visit a museum, drink a beer in a brown café and we are welcomed at a castle domain. 

This 6th edition will also be an event for and by cyclists, so we again provide guidance and musical entertainment by enthusiastic participants.

!! we are still looking for a few road captains and musicians !! ... whoever feels called calls. 

When: Sunday 10 June 2018, from 9:00 am to 
6:00 pm Meeting: Den Boomgaard, Antwerpsesteenweg 43, 2520 Ranst- Belgium 
Registration: between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, departure at 9:15 am 

Reservations: compulsory (max 150 participants ), email: [email protected] stating your name. 

Bicycle: every non-motorized bicycle over 50 years old, safe and skilled 
Clothing: every participant tries to fit within the framework of this nostalgic event 
Contribution: 6 euro cash and in appropriate currency to meet on the spot at registration 
Ride: total 30 km (6 stages) flat and hardened trail on trails and country roads
Accessible: all non-motorized bicycles, such as old bicycle, high bi, safety, tandem, trike 
Consumption: drinks and snacks at intermediate locations. Lunch for yourself or locally for sale 
Assistance: a trailer and reserve wheel are provided at the intermediate locations
