The historic aircraft enthusiasts were thrilled with the collection of 22 military aircraft on the tarmac. It was the largest number of historic Swiss military aircraft ever assembled. On Saturday morning, SPHAIR, the Swiss Air Force pilot training school, celebrated its 50th anniversary of pilot training in the presence of 350 special guests, including the Commander of the Swiss Army, André Blattmann, and the Commander of the Swiss Air Force, Markus Gygax.

For automobile lovers, racing Aston Martins, prestigious Bugattis, a number of significant models representing 100 years of Audi history, legendary American cars, and many other interesting historic vehicles formed spectacular displays in Hall 7. Boating enthusiasts also had historic wonders to enjoy, as did the many Vespa and racing motorcycle fans.

Once again, the exhibitors were very satisfied and greatly appreciated the outstanding quality and friendly atmosphere of the show.

Mr. Yannick Chatelain was the happy winner of the GENEVA CLASSICS prize drawing. He won a flight in a historic jet fighter from Geneva to Payerne, scheduled for the early afternoon of Monday, September 28th.
